Pupil Rollover Tool

DB Primary is equipped with an end of year rollover tool to help collectively move all pupils into new groups, as well as update homepage themes and password login methods.

 

1. Enter school administration via the Admin tool box found the staff/superadmin homepage and view the 'Accounts' tab.

2. First create any new groups folders. Click on the black folder icon directly opposite 'Pupil Accounts' to create a new sub-group.

 

3. Click on [Actions] beside the 'Pupil Accounts' group folder and choose 'End of year rollover' from the menu.

 

 

Click on the 'Preview' button to apply your changes into the sheet below.

To override a single pupil's 'New Group', 'New Theme', 'New Login' or 'New Password', click directly into the cells on the sheet.

Once all pupils' have a 'New Group' click on the 'Perform Rollover' button to proceed.

 

Note: All pupils' in the list MUST have a 'New Group' to move into, even if the group is the same.
